Traditional Thailand

Throughout Thailand, nearly 30,000 temples stand.  Whether grand and elaborate, or small village complexes, these temples, called wats, are more than just places of worship.  They contain libraries of religious works, are the centers for celebrations, meetings, recreational activities, and education.

Birds are just old one possible subject for the sharp eyed nature photographer.

Thailand has thousands of hiking trails.  Explore dense jungles, mountains, remote beaches and off shore islands.

Bird Watching

Thailand has 96 National Parks and 48 wildlife sanctuaries not including almost any country road offered the opportunity to spot over 900 species of birds known to live or visit  southeast Asia.  These Green Bee Eaters were posing for us recently.
